ECSA stands for the Engineering Council of South Africa, the governing body for engineers involved in every almost every industry. You can visist their website at

SAAMA is a registered Voluntary Association with ECSA and register training events with ECSA for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for our industry.

These events appear on our website as well as that of ECSA. All training events registered through SAAMA with ECSA is registered have CPD points. Should you want to claim the CPD points of an event you’ve attended then you should do so on ECSA’s website.
