Swopping between physical and virtual attendance will not be allowed after 20 May 2026. Should you wish to change your registration from physical to virtual, you will be liable for the physical registration fee. This is due to the final numbers that need to be provided to the venue.
Should you wish to cancel your registration altogether, please do so in writing to eileen@vdw.co.za by no later than 10 May 2026. Should you cancel between 11 May and 20 May a 50% admin fee will apply. Any cancellations not made, or where the delegate is a NO-SHOW at the conference (physical or virtual), the full registration will be payable.
Kindly request a quotation from saamaservices@vdw.co.za should you not have permission to attend. Only once permission is granted will we assist you with your registration. Anyone who is a NO-SHOW at the conference due to not having approval will be held liable for the full registration fee.
